Refund policy

At Mucket™ - we know how important it is to get gear that works, lasts, and delivers what it promises. We stand behind the quality of every Mucket™ product and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

If for any reason you're not happy, we’re happy to offer an exchange or refund - just make sure your item is in 100% resalable condition.


Returns for Exchange or Credit

To arrange an exchange or store credit:

- Email us at contact@themucket.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

- We’ll reply with a return address and next steps.

- Once confirmed, you’ll need to post the item back within 4 days.

- Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

Please note:

- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

- We recommend sending returns via registered post with tracking.

- Items received damaged or outside the return window may be sent back at your expense.


Returns for Refund

If you’d prefer a refund:

- Email us at contact@themucket.com within 10 days of receiving your order.

- We’ll confirm the return address and instructions.

- Item must be shipped back within 4 days of confirmation.

Conditions:

- Item must be unused, with all original packaging and receipt.

- Refunds exclude any original or return shipping costs.

- Products that are worn, damaged, or returned outside of the timeframe will not be accepted.


Final Notes

Make sure your name and return address are clearly marked on your parcel. Once received and inspected, we’ll email you to confirm your refund or exchange.
