We primarily ship Australia-wide and aim to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. International shipping is also available at a higher rate, with costs calculated at checkout based on your location.
2. Processing Times
We ship all orders within 24 hours of payment. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
For Australian orders, delivery is usually within 5 business days of dispatch, often sooner, depending on your location.
3. Delivery Times and Costs
We use trusted delivery partners to ensure your Mucket arrives safely and on time. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, using real-time courier rates.
Standard Shipping (Australia-wide):
Estimated delivery: Up to 5 business days
We cover the shipping cost on Australian orders $85 and over
Please note that delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location (e.g. metro vs rural) and during peak periods such as public holidays or sales.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow its journey to your doorstep.
5. Delays or Issues
While we do our best to meet delivery timeframes, occasional delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g. weather, courier delays, or public holidays). We’ll do our best to communicate updates as needed.
If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at contact@mucket.com with your order number.
6. Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues
Please double-check your shipping details before confirming your order. Mucket Pty Ltd is not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, we can resend it - however, additional shipping fees may apply.
