I think this is a great idea, I’m a plumber and I’m using every day now, not just holding bits and screws but catching water below cisterns and putting all my fittings in it.

Great buckets. Magnet is strong enough for roofing. Have already used it for a few jobs and also got a large one with straps and is super helpful for carrying tools and great for a soap bucket to wash the car!
I’m very disappointed in the strength of the magnet .. As a roofer you need many screws at a time and the bucket can’t handle much weight. Definitely not worth $40. Might as well use a normal bucket and sit it on the gutter.. :(
Love it!..I’m a roofer and use it during gutter installs, to eject my rivet mandrels into. It would be handy to have the option for a magnetic base for certain times when doing hips and ridges. This way it would be at a better angle to easily access the opening. For now I just use one of my own neodymium magnets dropped in first.
